method 1? PSCl 3 + 6NaOH & rarr;Na 3 PO 3 S + 3NaCl + 3H 2 O
70g of thiophosphoryl chloride PSCl 3 was added to a solution prepared by dissolving 120g of sodium hydroxide in 400mL of water, and heated and refluxed until PSCl 3 was completely dissolved. After cooling, add 100mL of ethanol and cool it. Dissolve about 125g of precipitated crude product in 90mL of water at 50 ℃, filter, cool the filtrate and filter to obtain about 100g of pure crystal.
preparation method 2? Take 100g of phosphorus pentoxide and add a small amount of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution (100g NaOH dissolved in 500mL of water) to react below 50 ℃. Filter the reaction solution, add 200mL of ethanol to the filtrate, cool it, filter the precipitated salt, wash (50% ethanol for the first time, absolute ethanol for the second time) and air dry. Dissolve about 220g of the obtained crude product in 700mL of water, cool to 60 ℃ immediately after heating to 70 ℃ (until intense hydrogen sulfide production begins), add 200mL of ethanol and cool it. Recrystallize the precipitated crystallization several times according to the operation of preparation method 1.
method 3? Na 3 P 3 O 9 + 3Na 2 S & rarr;3Na 3 PO 3 S
the cyclic sodium triphosphate and anhydrous sodium sulfide are mixed in a molar ratio of 1: 3 and melted at 500~550 ℃. The mixture is melted in a graphite crucible under a nitrogen or hydrogen stream (or vacuum). The product is grayish yellow, containing more than 85% of sodium monothiophosphate, recrystallized in aqueous solution to refine sodium dodecahydrate thiophosphate.
